Sportsfest Auction Donation

Dear Friend of Stratford High School and the Spartan Booster Club:


We are busy preparing for our annual fundraiser – SportsFest 2019. This Spartan Booster Club sponsored dinner and auction is organized to benefit all UIL sanctioned sports programs on campus. The auction will be held on Friday, November 8, 2019. 


The funds raised through our annual SportsFest help transform many dreams into reality on our campus. Student athletes are now benefiting from scholarships awarded by the Booster Club, field maintenance and improvements, the purchase and upkeep of athletic equipment not provided by the school district, and much more!


Our desire to continue our commitment to athletic performance excellence motivates us greatly as we embark on this year’s fundraising event.  To help us achieve this goal each year, we call upon the generous support of our local community as we gather donations of gift certificates, merchandise, and professional services for our live and silent auction.


As a donor, your business or name will be prominently displayed at the event, in the auction catalog, and in the Spartan Booster Club emails – which reach over 400 families in the Stratford community.


All donations are tax-deductible within limits specified by law. The Spartan Booster Club is a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.


Following is an auction donation form.  We would be thrilled to make arrangements to receive donations at your convenience. We would like to have all donations received by Tuesday, October 15, 2019.
